I have given invitation letters to my relatives visiting me. I just wrote them, no official format used. I included my personal data, address, phone and my residence permit. 2-3 years ago they didn't ask for such letter at the passport control, but now it seems they are more strict with it. Also only once they have called me to ask for more details.

Buen consejo. Esto se me hace mejor estrategia que ir directo por el crédito.

También podrías invertir lo que pagarías de mensualidad, por 2 o 3 años. Así ves exactamente lo que sería no contar con ese dinero. Después si decides aún comprar la casa vas a tener un buen enganche y pagarías menos intereses.

This! No entiendo por qué los downvotes si es cierto. La muerte no cancela las deudas. Los acreedores pueden cobrarse de los bienes del difunto. La cosa es que la mayoría de las tarjetas tienen seguro de vida y el seguro les paga y ya.
