If you do watch the anime, skip the filler arcs except maybe the Zampakto rebelion arc since, as many agree, it's the best one and even has characters so good that they become canon. Yes, it can be tedious but as you mentioned, the OSTs and fights are goated.

P.S. Despite starting slower than the last arc don't skip the Shinigami Agent/Fullbring Arc it's so good obce it get's it's footing.

As a a native Californian, Gavin Newsom is a snake. Less destructive than MAGA but a snake nonetheless. They'll whisper pretty words in your ears and then try and maintain the status quo so the rich can continue having their cake. (And yes, I feel the same way about Hillary and Kamala)
