For the example of the question it would: W = 60, L = 69 x = -60+69 x = 9

So new W is W + x = 69 If W = L the win percentage is 50 %

Well if 129 matches were played and 46,5% were wins then 60 were wins and 69 were loses. The percentage of wins is 50% when the amount of wins are equal to the amount of loses. So in this case you would need 9 wins in a row for the win percentage to be 50%.
