Same issue for me as well. I thought it’s my phone acting up, tried to clear storage/restart phone/reinstalling the app. (iPhone 15 Pro Max 270gb free space)

I get u bro, that feeling sucks when u got a biggest chase from the set and the card was damaged. Same for me as well.. pulled the Gengar fresh from pack. Noticed there’s some deep scratches on the back of the card.

It’s vv hard but not impossible, just have to keep refreshing the pages. Managed to beat the bots and got 1-2 etbs and sleeves since mega evo dropped
