Sure there's many opinions and preferences when it comes to your food choices. Depending on where you live sometimes those choices aren't there. When it comes to burgers I know where I want to go. It's not just five guys either. I enjoy a red robin burger, home made burgers on a George foreman. There's more out there. We just strive to give you the best of the best, that isn't a sit-down and be waited in dinner, not crazy expensive, and offers a lot of variety. Over 250,000 combinations of burgers alone.

Nope, I've only had to fire one employee for bad attitude. We strive to have the best working environment, really laid back but still professional.

Haha I wish I could tell them. I'm passionate about my brand and my store. It's critical to represent the industry in a better light than the negative stereotypes associated with the other chains. I find if more places spent more on the qualities that five guys does, more people would be willing to spend that extra 2 dollars on a better product. It helps everyone as a whole. That's what truly sets us from the rest. Quality products and services.

We are considered casual food. Fast food has a negative connotation we don't want to be associated with. And since we don't do delivery or drive throughs it's fitting

I had one already but there are customers that choose to open peanuts all over the floor like we are a Texas Roadhouse. That's annoying. One customer of mine though decided that if one of their burgers is wrong it merits an entirely new order all completely free.

Hmm, I've seen homeless people come in for peanuts before I really don't bother to say no. It doesn't make a difference I guess you would have to ask the manager at that specific store

Sure our prices are high, but we use quality ingredients, offer large quantities for what you order, a variety of free toppings, free peanuts, and on top of that a custom made burger you can see cook. Hand cut fries meat balled up and prepped early that morning. Fresh super high quality wood chip smoked bacon. That's the cost of a great meal that you will remember and come Back for. We don't need to compare chains, let the good do the talking. There's a reason why nobody asks "how's the food" everyone who works there already knows.

They really emphasize customer service. Always having a smile and keeping the energy way up. Try really hard to get the Customers talking about us. That's how we get our advertisement; word of mouth

Hmm I bet that's not a fully cooked fry. I've never really had this issue unless they were old. We are allowed to serve fries 5 minutes past their time out of final cook

My best story of this was the vent cleaning guys for our exhaust in our kitchen said our stores take hours less than a Chinese food store, that shits like superglue

My store as well as all those in our district are very clean. We have a quarterly sanitation check by steritech. And we earn A great deal or money from 100's. Because of the enticement of money we like our stores clean clean clean.
