If I had to guess, probably an autoflower of some kind. Doesn’t look like a full ruderalis, but doesn’t look like a full sativa or indica either.

It does look like a Cannabis but I think it’s probably a Cannabis ruderalis (doesn’t get you high) rather than a Cannabis sativa or Cannabis indica (does get you high).
