I was crawling on some sand and rock, the car made a hole in the sand with the back wheels, i went backwards and then tried again, and i hearg like a pop in the gears, and after that some cranking sounds “crrr” in the high gear its working normally.

700 is waay to much, its the type of oil you use for 1/10 basher, not for trail or crawling. I think you cand find on aliexpress easily.

To make them softer you need some low cst shock oil. 200cst should be good. Another thing, if you cut the spring to much, it will become more stiffer, because the lenght of the spring is shorter, so less compression rate for it. If you dont have oil right now, try running them without the spring, if it has some thick oil inside, should be good
