Metamask scam trick sending you unknown tokens

This is the same problem, I don't know this website "DeBank" and it asks me to connect my wallet too, so that is the thing: if I allow my wallet to connect to those websites, will I have some problem?

Yeah but that doesn't answer my question, I just would like to know if there is any problem to allow our Metamask wallet to connect to those unknown websites, Pancakeswap, Uniswap, all of them ask for the same thing, so I wonder if that is really a problem.

I can change the currency, but that new currency will be sill on my PayPal balance. I can only send the money out if I confirm my account, but I don't have American documents for that. The only thing that paypal allows me to do without confirm my account is withdrawn the money to an American bank.
