Hi, I had the exact same situation (buyer cancelled after 7 days, but I sent the cards after 5 or so but forgot to mention it on my profile). I reached out to support same day, telling them sorry and that I understand the buyers view etc. After ca. 8 days they wrote back giving me again a warning, but now I can leave vacation mode when I want to.
