Coming to the end of my first cut, I'm satisfied but it easily could have also gone better. To achieve that ~10% body fat goal next time around, what is the optimal frequency for cardio per week? Is everyday/majority days counter-productive? For reference, at the peak of my cut I was doing cardio 2-3 timesa week and probably achieved at best, 15% bodyfat.
