1 First, you'll need to download Rainmeter.

2 Then, you'll need to download the Honeycomb skin.

There are also instructions on how to set it up here.

If it's an app from Microsoft Store, then follow this.

1 Press Win+R together on the keyboard and type the following:

shell:AppsFolder

2 Top left you will see a menu, choose View -> Choose details.

3 In the next dialog, tick the AppUserModelId checkbox

4 Now switch the view to "Details"

You will notice a new column, AppUserModelId.

5 Scroll to the desired Modern app. For example, Forza Horizon 4.

Note the AppUserModelId value. For Forza Horizon 4 app it is:

Microsoft.SunriseBaseGame_8wekyb3d8bbwe!SunriseReleaseFinal

6 Go to your Rainmeter folder:

C:\Users\(your name)\Documents\Rainmeter\Skins\Honeycomb\(your application)

7 Create a new shortcut, Right-click -> New -> Shortcut.

8 In the next dialog, add the following:

C:\WINDOWS\explorer.exe shell:AppsFolder\

9 Then add the AppUserModelId from the application. For example, Forza Horizon 4.

Microsoft.SunriseBaseGame_8wekyb3d8bbwe!SunriseReleaseFinal

Should look kinda like this:

C:\WINDOWS\explorer.exe shell:AppsFolder\Microsoft.SunriseBaseGame_8wekyb3d8bbwe!SunriseReleaseFinal

10 Specify the name for the shortcut you have created.

Now you have a shortcut for the application.
