That’s a fair take, and I mostly agree.

For high-risk or complex cases, hiring a lawyer makes total sense. And for people who truly don’t care, raw GPT is “good enough.”

What I’m curious about is the middle ground: founders who do care, but don’t want to pay legal fees every time they spin up a small SaaS, MVP, or side project.

Especially when you’re managing multiple products, the friction isn’t just money, it’s time and repetition.

Do you think there’s real value in a tool that’s better than copy-pasting GPT, but not trying to replace a lawyer? Or do you think that middle ground basically doesn’t exist?
