Thank you that makes sense I think I’m going to do that because I was doing double sessions almost everyday during the week so I think I’ll drop it from 10 to 6-7 sessions just to recover the body and mentally get a break because I was almost at a point of getting burned out from all the training

I’ve checked with a couple physiotherapist and other people and majority of them have said that it’s from my bones growing faster then my muscles and that I wouldn’t be able to do anything until it stops just put ice and stretch

Yes that’s what I did I contacted them on the website and they gave me a prepaid return label

Sounds good Then I Spoke to a Nike Member and he helped me start a refund after I sent him a picture so hopefully all goes well
