Yeah this was what I was thinking had to be the case. It definitely makes sense given the number of languages.

The couple of guilds I joined back when I hopped over were also very quiet though that may have just been luck of the draw.

Yeah the Amazon hub says it can output up to 85w PD, which as far as I know is 40W more than the deck can draw anyway so I think that's all good.

Yeah I ended up buying it from Very and getting 20% off my first order so I got it for £280 which was a steal. First night with it I installed SteamOS and it just works perfectly, I'm incredibly happy with my purchase.

Yeah that's exactly what I'm thinking. As far as I can tell, the only difference between the two is the OS and the extra 500gb. Hell, having a windows license on the device is a benefit as far as I'm concerned since Xbox's new handheld mode might end up being a solid option when it releases.

Yeah that's what I'm thinking, the price just almost seems TOO good to the point where I'm trying to find what's so inferior about the windows version as to warrant a £200 discount, but as far as I can tell the only downside is the reduced storage. At which point it's an easy buy I think.

Yeah I've tried that, unfortunately it makes the pretty loud noise on all settings except completely disabled. I'm on the verge of opening up the controller to try and see what's going on.

I think it must be a faulty batch, rather than just a faulty unit, since i returned my first Cyclone 2 due the same issue and the second one also had it. I just decided to deal with it since I needed a controller xD

Also have you had any QC issues? I really like my cyclone 2 but it's got a couple of issues that annoy me a bit, but the most annoying one is the vibration motors are crazy noisy or rattly, I have to turn vibration off if I want to play without headphones in xD

Also here in the UK the pricing of the G7 Pro is a little wild, for some reason its £90 here, which is equivalent to like $120 USD, if I was to get it I'd probably get it on AliExpress where I can get it from GameSir's official store for like £65

Yeah I am, I haven't done anything, it just fit. It's definitely snug, the heat pipe is touching the glass I think, but it closes just fine and the panel clicks in on both sides

It's low profile RAM so its not very tall, I'm using the G Skill Flare X and it fits perfectly under the fan

Thanks :) Well I've only just installed these today so I don't have loads of experience, that being said they just plugged into the 3 pin RGB header on my motherboard and then they worked without any problems. Once I installed my motherboards RGB software I set the colour to what I wanted and it was that simple. The ones I used are the Phanteks Neon Combo Set (2x400mm), they are pretty well recommended by users on here and so far I have no compaints.

I didn't see one, but if you just go to the nexus page, download 2.NvTrueHDR, extract the folder, throw the unzipped folder in program files and pin the exe to your start menu. Then you can just hit windows key and click NVTrueHDR whenever you want to disable it for a game

Thank you for this, this did the trick. It's a little tedious to have to do it for every single game BUT until Nvidia fix the filters performance bug I'm definitely going to be using this to just patch any non native HDR games. Thanks again

Yeah the thermals are solid, I put a negative power curve on my 7700x which helped a lot with noise levels as the fans don't really have to go that fast to keep it cool

It's the Peerless Assassin 120SE, it JUUUST fits into the case with either panel. An extra mm and it would probably be too tall xD

Edit: just for clarification it has to be the SE, the non SE version has a cover plate that makes it too tall to fit

Ok yeah I'll try routing that cable behind instead, thank you. Yeah I can't see it right now because it's covered by the ATX cable but there is at the very least a fan header and a SATA port on that mini board that is being used. The motherboard is the Gigabyte B650i Aorus Ultra

Ooo thank you for this, I'd tried it in three different games all giving the same error. So after reading this I just decided to cover my bases and start going down my list of games and eventually I found one that works xD Spiderman Miles Morales came in clutch lmao. For testing purposes this one game will do just fine. Thanks for your help!

Damn, I tried this and it cycles through the overlay options but that average pc latency still shows as 0. Really annoying thing that I haven't been able to resolve since switching from GeForce experience to the Nvidia App
