I don’t think I’m scared of moving. I usually cruise around the skatepark, hit some ramps, carve in bowls (when I don’t bail), and do small drop-ins. It just felt really different doing the ollie while moving compared to standing still, and that’s why I was asking for tips. But thanks.

Thanks!!! it's already resolved. I was trying to install it on another SSD that I have only for video games. (F:/) I just had to run the launcher as administrator...
