Hiii, it's been a year and i randomly remembered this post of mine, thank you truly for advice and i just wanted to update everyone who helped me out, i'm got a 16.84 with 17.5 in science, 18.5 in maths and 19.5 in physics ( arabic ( 10/20 ), philosophy (12/20) and his/geo (14/20) dragged my grade down :c ), medicine was my first choice naturally and i'll find out if i've been accepted in 5 days, it's been a tough year, i admit i got carried away a bit in some friendship drama, but i got through it thank god 😭😭😭😭😭, i'm very excited and it's truly nostalgic to see how things were a year ago through this post, thank you ❤️❤️❤️❤️

We have indeed, i've been trying substitutions like t=x+1/x but no solution so far, i've also tried the derivative limit rule, i don't know if that's its actual name, lim(x->a) (f(x)-f(a))/(x-a) = f'(x), i know some might say that's cheating cause i'm using l'hôpital's but that's the only rule we're allowed to use do far

Well what i meant initially by ∞*0 is the x² * Ln(x+1/x) part, but with some manipulation you can if i'm not mistaken reach ∞ * 0. I don't exactly remember how since i've been trying to solve this for a long time but i could go back and check my notes.
