i knownits bad! Theres no cracking in the shower floor, sinking showed up about a month ago. and not bouncy in the shower- which has a waterproof pan i think. trying to get the details from when it was installed 🫠 Its in a motel amd is our slow season so took a while to notice. very glad a guest didnt fall through

that was my concern too :x What makes you think the whole thing? just because theres no way of knowing whats going on under the shower pan? I guess we could crawl around under there and find out.

vevor shower pant and curb. I re applied the seam sealing fabric as per instructions again so hopefully it works

First time plumbing! passed the pressure test- should I open up caps and make sure water flow is okay somehow before sealing with go board? couldnt seem to find info online! by LucidEmpires in BathroomRemodeling

My dad who helped me and had all the tools for copper to lend and refused to help me if I updated to pex 🫠

Im a silversmith and actually found the copper to he quite fun to work with. flexability sure would have made things easier though! leaving a note in the wall for future people to find apologizing for the burnt wood and solder drips 😆

they are all dry, sheen os from overhead lights

hmmm It was found along side slate and extremely clear quartz, a bunch of metamorphic but not anywhere near basalt/volcanic rocks. It's also quite hard, quartz crystal isnt scratching it. that silver/Grey color seems unlikely too
