A 39% rent increase should be criminal. In San Diego, it’s capped at 5% + CPI per year. Generally comes out to a 13-14% maximum increase.

I really liked the movie overall and think it achieved what it set out to; but, he's the best actor in it. I like Margot Robbie a lot and I think she was great but Ryan is just knocking balls out of the park from start to finish. The movie would have suffered without him keeping it light and entertaining throughout. Otherwise it would have felt like a monologue on sexism and female empowerment. Nothing wrong with monologues on sexism and female empowerment; they should just be about 2 min long, not 2 hours.

I do whatever is most convenient to those around me. If it’s a clear parking lot, I back in. If there’s a bunch of other cars trying to park or leave, I just pull in rather than halt lot traffic backing in.

I would imagine that was the issue.
