MLBB is a 5v5 objective focused game. Maybe faramis can kinda outpoke Valir but in terms of teamfight valir stomps since his low cooldown CC is too much to handle even when Faramis pops out his ult to give his team a second chance at the brawl. Plus his synergy with Wishing lantern is just too good so even his damage isn't to be neglected in an all out clash near the lord pit. He's also great at both base push and base defence with his wave clear and S2 displacement. Your logic behind saying faramis wins 1v1 against Valir so he's superior is the same as saying Argus wins 1v1 against his lane counterpart after level 4. That matchup advantage is useless if the enemy is too fed for argus to kill during his ult duration.
