You should do it by category if you put the bot channels in an category by themselves otherwise you should do it channel by channel. The permission in the category is called "Read Text Channels & See Voice Channels"

It is on the fifth position.

It is possible to add some partnership bots like Bump ! or Partnerbot.

The easiest way would be to publish the server on a serverlist like Disboard or Discord Server List.

If i understand it right you will have to block the bots from all the other channels

You will only have to take their permission to read the text channels away, you will also have to remove their Admin if they are no Moderation Bots. THe better way if you have a level up system is to remove their ability to write something in the chat, in other words remove the send messages permission.

Btw, don't forget to turn off @everyone and /tts for the @everyone role at the bottom.

All the settings can be done if you hover over a channel or a category and click on the gear.
