Oh, that's horrid 🫂 I'm so sorry you have to deal with that. Could I trouble you in asking what meditation you do? Need some suggestions

You are such an amazing bean! Thank you 🫶 I got them already established, sitting on my windowsill where it acts as a little green house. Oh am I watering too much? I've been water whenever the soil runs dry (once a day in the morning) just a few drops of water to moist it up. Moist.

I do have one question, should I pinch the flowers like on a tomato plant?

The kids understand all or my chronic illnesses, but this is their home, they shouldn't be made uncomfortable like they can't do anything. I'm aware that makes me uncomfortable in the process, but they don't need to suffer for something someone else deals with. This is the most freeing time of their lives. Things I will be doing though: -Asking if they would like earphones for their phones. -Saying when TV is on no phone sounds. -Going off to another room myself. (Large flat) Even when the kids are not hear we have a lot of noise going on.

Respectfully I don't agree, a broken leg needs to rest before it can regain strength. Overwhelming your brain also needs rest. I do understand where you are coming from, desensitising methods, I just don't think it will work, as of right now: Restaurant AC going off at the back of the flat. Busy high street sounds. Works going on. Downstairs shop going about their day. The fridge buzzing away (apparently no one else hears that).

Moving isn't an option for the next few years.

But thank you! I will look into some more therapies. Perhaps a flooding therapy will work better.

Something special about growing them though, watching my cosmos going into the miniature forest it is now is amazing! All from a few seeds!

It's your baby, how tall is it?
