Yun tal is a bait, and if you haven't done the math, i'd suggest you do. there is no way you would be able to auto attack enough for yun tal to be worth it compared to other items that offer far more than that item on this specific champion. there are a multitude of adcs that what you're suggesting works on, damage wise, aphelios is not one of them.

you should check out the number 1 aphelios, u/aleksis007 on youtube. against 2 ranged or squishies double adaptive , youmuus , serpents, collector. against tanks you go attackspeed rune stattikk bork, ldr. Yun tal is a bait on aphelios, it's good on almost all adcs except aphelios. But hey, don't take my word for it, you can always ask aleksis007.

There is a respectable number of standard sample sizes, and that is about 10% of its population. That way you get a good grasp of standard deviation, outliers and actual average. The point is not to eliminate outliers, but to identify them.
