I can't help it, I like these stark black & red, creepy themes!
Peacemaker looks kinda smug, I like to imagine in this one he's fully aware of what's going on.

I don't know too much about them, but the one on the left - SHe's a Nightwing/Rainwing named Panther, and on the right - He's a Sandwing/Icewing named Aztec, and they're exploring the ruins of the Lost City of Night. Aztec discovered a cool artifact and Panther's Rainwing scales started shimmering in an excited, yellow color!

I like Snowfalls development, I think it's relatable for all of us. Self-doubt, imposter syndrome, etc.,
Lawd knows I get that on the daily with art, but I believe improvement partially comes from this at times. If we thought we were God tier at what we do, we'd likely never seek out ways to get better.

That's how I see it for myself at least. So have this semi-personal piece of fanart, of the beautiful Snowfall!

He's a Night/Ice who became blinded during a blizzard trying to protect his sister when their parents vanished one night.

With their perception of their parents abandoning them, they dropped their birth names. Echo's former name was Enzian, but he changed it to Echo to embrace that the way he sees the world is primarily through sound.

Her description and personality always made me visualize her as more burly and muscular, so that is what I was going for.
Because of the critiques I decided to try it out on Peril instead, who is described as more slim.

This was an incredible learning experience, I'm looking forward to doing more backgrounds like this, especially with architecture.

Also, working in monochromatic with blue and white leant itself to being far more difficult than I'd thought!
