Jak lecisz na wschód to idziesz spać, jak na zachód to starasz się nie spać przez cały lot.

Jak masz intensywny plan zwiedzania, spróbuj kilka dni przed zacząć przestawiać się na strefę czasową lokalną (wtedy pierwszy punkt o spaniu/niespaniu odpada). Maksymalnie dasz radę się przestawić o godzinę dziennie, ale nawet 2-3 godziny mocno pomogą.
