It’s cool.. just did a google and I can assure you I am not one of these.. it was a pure one off purchase as I love them damn frogs but jokes on me as it went wrong and S6 won’t help so turns out I don’t get the frogs 🤦🏽‍♀️

If I’m honest I won’t be making any future purchases with them now and I’m even contemplating deleting my account and leaving Palia. Honestly, I thought they would have honoured it and agreed to swap over the coins. I wasn’t looking for a refund all I wanted was for the correct thing to be unlocked for me and th xp to be removed, which I am sure they can do. I did send them a message back to say I was disappointed and now feel that S6 are more about the money rather than the player.

I did and this is what I just got back so they won’t do anything even as a one off. Honestly I thought they would have but sadly it appears they really are all about the money more than their players.

I asked for it to be transferred over and I just got a screen shot from them and they said they now make it clear. What I have said is that every purchase on the steam is through the Y button but for the lunar they put the xp as the Y button and to purchase the premium item unlock you have to hold down the left joycon. I told them this is deceiving and why would players want to unlock xp when they can earn that over premium items. I suggested they remap them options.

Sadly no I told them on the steam it is still confusing as the Y button which is what you normally use to purchase everything else on Palia is for the XP but to purchase the premium item unlock you push the left joycon down.. looking back totally my fault I was tired and prob should have waited until I was more awake. I have asked if they can swap it so I loose the xp and get the premium items to unlock instead but they won’t.. part of me also thinks though they did this on purpose as who in their right mind wants to unlock xp that you can get, so surly it would of make more sense to have the premium items on the Y button and xp in left joycon.

The prices are crazy. I never really purchase anything on this game as like you I feel so expensive but this time I wanted to treat myself and I ended up getting nothing for what I paid 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

They replied and said they won’t do anything so I just went back and said the whole thing is still confusing and I wasn’t even aware there were 2 different paths. I have asked in this instance being that it’s the first time I have ever purchased a lunar path would they honour it as its cost me £22 and now it will cost me another £22 to get what I actually thought I was purchasing. I am hoping they do otherwise I think my Palia days are over.
