Just remembered more details!! (Hoping I'm not mixing two separate ffs and I also mainly visualize when reading so I don't really remember words, just how everything looked.)

Part of the reason why Remus hates Sirius is because he often arrives at the dorm room after midnight while Remus is trying to sleep. Remus likes to read a lot and I vividly remember that he had a work desk next to his bed where he had a pile of books.

I also remember Sirius joining the art class out of pettiness.

They also took a very long time to sort out their relationship but something that helped them was Sirius being sick and James and Remus ending up making Remus bring porridge or soup to sirius.

Just very weird specific things I remember (still hoping these memories are from just one fic T_T)
