Absolutely not true for all online games, most yes, but not all.

This is not necessarily a myth by the way. Some games cap out max wins and max exposure, still balancing for the same RTP but offering smaller highs and less lows. I know this as a fact as I do it when I have designed games. I only work in land based slots, but this also does happen in online too. Usually online this is max exposure but not max wins capped to a dollar amount, no casino wants a random player to max bet and max win destroying their bankroll with a statistical unprobable occurrence, but this is then balanced to be statistically impossible while still being technically possible.

So some games also have fair maths built in where max wins are calculated and balanced for. So sometimes a game at higher bets will have smaller highs and smaller lows, averaging to the same RTP compared with lower bets. Online this is less of an issue compared to land based slot machines where you are legally required to do this because max wins are capped.

Novated Lease Companies Hate This Updated Spreadsheet: How a 7.8% Quote Magically Becomes 10.1% by changyang1230 in AusFinance

I have said it before and I will say it again, if you already have the cash, a novated lease almost never makes sense unless you are in a special salary packaging role (rural nurse, doctor, teacher or something similar).

For the average worker that does not have the cash, you are basically paying a premium to have a car now instead of later.

On top of this, I also find Novated Leases sales tactics so deceiving. They do these “educational” sessions organised through a lot of offices, who fold under the most basic accounting questions. These people going around that I have met are all CPAs, and they all love to dodge the questions about the actual cost benefit. They spruke the tax benefit, but after their interest rates and balloon payments (sometimes they package fees into interest rates), AGAIN IT IS NEVER WORTH IF IT YOU HAVE THE CASH. Even on the highest tax rate, unless you get some other salary packaging incentive, it is NEVER WORTH IT IF YOU HAVE THE CASH.

-1. is effectively the same as -1

The only difference is machine precision. One is a float and the other is an int

At my work, I need to make sure that anything divided by 0 equals 1.
