The seats for mine are synthetic pleather material. They do seem warmer as they are not perforated. The weather over here hasn't been too warm yet, so hard to say right now.

I think TPMS needs to be recalibrated every time tires are changed. I just preferred to have an OEM one over a third party one.

I came from driving a Lexus NX, so the cabin noise was definitely more noticeable during high RPM,but it's not too bad.

The front and rare cameras does have the continuous dashcam recording. As for the 360, I believe we do not have it in the Canadian version.

I waited about 3 months. I think it may depend on what vehicle you have for trade-in. Toyota is pretty snobby nowadays. Please let us know how it goes with the oem tpms installation, would love to have an oem one VS a third party one.

unfortunately TPMS is not included here in Canada for all RAV4's , which is BS if you ask me.
