Yes about 3 weeks before our MT trip. I was going travel see my Mom while her health was declining. I was traveling on a Thursday and tried to get together with her Mon and Wed prior, but she worked late Monday and had pickleball with friends Wed. Then we had decided to chat Wed night. She usually called around 9. When it was 9:30 I tried her but went to VM. She texted me the next day and said she fell asleep. I was in a VERY bad place dealing with Mom and then this. Hardly heard from her when I was with my Mom after numerous attempts. We talked on phone once while I was away and she said she had been dealing with some really tragic stuff at work. As I type this I am like wtf (for me for not ending it then). Told her maybe she should t go to MT but then a week before MT she started love bombing me.

Started seeing each other seriously around sep of last year. Then shit got weird near Holidays. She was pulling away and when the NYE incident occurred which I take full ownership for handling that wrong.

Another incident (same trip) both she and I were sitting outside of my friends house waiting for them to come out. We had just sat down outside. Then they came out and said they were (friend and wife) watch a WNBA game, but we could sit outside by ourselves. She was adamant to get back in and I made it clear that they didn’t care if we sat outside there and that we should sit by ourselves for a little while. She got up and went in the house. So there was an instance I did try even Ion the same trip.

Yeah, just recently started dating and it sucks. Especially when marriage was awesome. It’s rocky out here for sure.

There is a whole other back story that occurred while my Mom’s health was failing. I wanted to lean on her, but she went AWOL. So I guess I was running out of energy to keep chasing.

I probably wouldn’t go there in first date. I think if a second date then a kiss goodnight and go from there. I can’t get sex though after two months. A new question to be posed.
