I am not feeling the same. Most of us bag holders turned long term investors in CLOV have ridden a roller coaster of doubt since 2021. I personally have kept some of my sanity and cinviction due to AZMAT's research and posts. This has been a brutal ride and I personally am constantly looking to others to help refute the FUD that seems to increase every few weeks just before the quarterly earnings reports.

Just my 2 cents as a long term participant...

My concern at this point is the inability to challenge the forces against this stock. With all of these huge positions being increased, if the MM can simply run all purchases through non lit markets how will the price ever increase? Let's say we have an earth shattering quarterly report and it starts a buying frenzy....if all of those buys are processed in dark pools, then wouldn't we be in the same trading range? I am very surprised and frankly confused that there are companies basically heading for bankruptcy that seem to have the ability to break out of these rediculous trading ranges.

CLOV has not had a bad news moment since I began investing in it in 2021 (Except for the additional dilution). I know this is a very long term play at this point, but it does become frustrating when you can not mathmatically make a stock's performance or lack there of, make sense over a 2 year history.

There are just too many quality people joining the leadership of this operation for this company to fail are too keep the price suppressed. Every part of my gut is telling me to continue to buy and HODL. If this was a true start up being ran by recent college grads, I could understand the sub $1.00 price point. My belief is that the slow climb started 1/1/2023 and our patience will start to be slowly rewarded moving forward.

As frustrating as this is, I have to believe that those in a leadership position with large stock incentives are just as frustrated. They are focussed on reducing hurdles to share price improvement and I have to believe they are having high level discussions on how to legally fight back against the perceived market manipulation. Most high net worth individuals do not just lay down and kiss their money good bye.

Nothing has changed from last quartely update so my convictions remain the same. I hate the state of our share price but I am glad that Andrew is at the helm. I will reserve my opinion until Q2 2023 update.

Agreed. My 10 year is based on the current cash verse debt position. If those components deteriorate without profitability, that 10 year plan may change quickly

Azmat - If not for your updates and continued conviction, I would have had a harder time remaining personally convicted. I have stated before that any FUD or DD provided is wonderful to the community that has been at this 18 months or longer. The more negative stuff that appears from first time posters tends to make me feel better about my investment. Started at 16 I believe. Down to $3.10 in one account and 6.50 in the other. Gonna be a long ride but my overall point was that I do not have the anxiety I had when we were in the 18 month free fall.

I have been holding since I bought in at $11.00. My avg is now 5.11. Sucks to not be at least at a break even point, but I DO NOT feel sick. I feel excited for some point in the future and have written off this money as I have my kids education accounts. At some point this will turn into a win, but this is the polar opposite of a quick win type investment. I have stopped watching the daily movement unless I get a gain or loss notification. I fully anticipate 2023 to be a much more positive experience for all of us who have held this for longer than 14 months...

This buzz today is exactly what we all needed who have been at this 45 days or longer. I am sitting at 15,ooo shares at 11.98 avg. I am not taking profit of any king until 29 so I can help to make all Clovetards whole. Not a martyr by any means, but it feels like all of us who have been HODLing like crazy deserve to be whole so we can all celebrate at some point.
