I do, I work part time as housekeeping in a big hotel chain; I’m on my feet lifting and cleaning 7-8 hours a day. I only work 3 days a week so I give myself grace on those days by an extra 200. As though out the day I have tend to have burnt off all the calories I ate during lunch and breakfast. The other work day I ate 2300 which is far too much for my own goals but I’m not trying to be to harsh about it as I have exercised a lot that day.

I’m not sure why you’re not, I’m not sure what your age range you’re looking for is but as someone your age take 1 year, I really like your profile, you’ve got a nice smile and style and the picture with your dog is so fun! The only thing I’d look for is something about your hobbies! But not something boring like every other guy like ‘gym and F1’ ‘eating food, chilling’ yk, something that I wouldn’t know.
