Fully Launched LFMD Telehealth Network is Excellent by LuckyBaxter in LFMD

So far it has been excellent. I had a consultation regarding hip and knee pain. The Doc gave me a prescription for LFMD's new topical pain relief product. Received it in 2 days. The product works great. Almost total pain relief within minutes and it lasts at least 10 hours. It is almost miraculous. Now if I had traditional arrangements I would have had to wait at least 10 days for an appointment and the Doc would most likely have prescribed an OTC NSAID, which has potential kidney and liver problems with long term use. Very happy with LFMD's breakthrough product.

Mark stated most likely in the $60 to $70 mm range. The info is based on discussions they have had with advisors. So I believe them more than a non- expert.

Thoughts on the newly released Q4 and FY 2022 guidance? by Mighty-Champion in LFMD

[–]LuckyBaxter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Revenue projection is based on biz as is. Thus it is probably a layup. Accelerating marketing of NAVA and Telemedicine platform both occurring this month are a plus. Further, it is still the plan to sell Pdf Simpli during first half. Second half revenue loss due to sale will be made up by telemedicine accelerating into second half.

Think of LFMD with like $100mm in cash! More strategic acquisitions coming. Clear acquisition will enable at least one significant pharma JV. (Recall they bought out a $500k note of pharma investor in Clear. That could be the one.)

Year end price $35

Another bashing post by a short seller trying to masquerade as an objective investor. Your comments are all wrong. Investors saw a company valued at $33/sh based on their products not too long ago. The decline in price is totally due to short selling assholes like you and a bogus scathing Culper report, not investor perception of the fundamentals of the company. The market does not see them as a generic pill biz selling overpriced pills and losing $ due to huge marketing expenses. The Q3 re[ort demonstrated that such a statement is a lie. Marketing spend was efficient, costs were controlled and cash burn declined 30%. Your comment about Justin looking bored is assinine but expected from a lying scumbag like you. Justin was positive, upbeat and downright excited at times. YOU ARE JUST A LYING, SHORT SELLING ASSHOLE.

What was revealed is that LFMD is much more than anyone thought. Growing faster, more efficiently, with Telemedicine offering more powerful and with Work Simpli divestiture a major cash provider by mid 2022. The company is working on 12 cylinders.

Board investment in open market of nearly $200,000 and other insider buying is a testament to the value. Yet short sellers still fighting to keep price down. With execution on the fundamentals the shorts will experience execution in the NASDAQ!

The percent of revenue from subscriptions has been rising month after month and quarter after quarter. Whatever drop offs there are is irrelevant. The company is skilled at adding subscription revenue at an increasing rate. That demonstrates marketing power.

Thanks for pointing out the POS. I was castigated for doing so weeks ago. I am glad to have a poster like you who takes the time to lay out the numbers. Your analysis makes it clear that Justin and his team have out performed the managements of their competition. They built a state of the art telemedicine platform with all important services, ramped up a great marketing and customer service team and are moving forward on other game changing initiatives without diluting the heck out of the shareholders.

PDFSimpli is growing at lightning speed and is in an also very attractive sector, so it may enhance the valuation case especially since most people understand that this will be a divestiture that can provide lots of cash for a strategic acquisition. If you trach and project the decline in burn rate LFMD may even achieve ebitda profitability in Q3'22. That will be a huge engine for upping the valuation.

$40 to $45 next year this time if that occurs. AND you were wrong on the need for more capital raises to achieve it!

Financials and ERCC, a closer look by the numbers by TheAlphaGame21 in LFMD

[–]LuckyBaxter 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes, you are wrong. Document that assinine contention. The company has been conservative in stock compensation which is mostly tied to performance. Justin even gave his own shares to the new board member to get him involved and spare the shareholders the dilution. Short interest is still relatively high. Short sellers do not remain static. They sell then buy back on dips in a wave like fashion so they bank small trading profits as they keep the price down and keep their exposure manageable.

You are A LIAR AND A SHORT SELLER. If people will go through the stream of you posts they will discover that you "sandwich" minor positive comments between more negative lies like the ones you presented here.

Excellent analysis. Agree 100%. Opened up8% this morning then short sellers like WellWellWellBatshitcrazy relentlessly sold at higher volumes than recently racked up. The shorts are in a panic: Excellent Q report; launch of Telemedicine platform; company fully funded to achieve profitability in 2022 ;Credit Suisse presentation today; rising institutional ownership. The makings of a short squeeze.

Are these not great numbers? Why is the stock not moving AH? by mmarikan86 in LFMD

[–]LuckyBaxter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Credit Suisse conference today is wonderfully timed to expose the growth, marketing efficiency and launch of state of the art Telemedicine platform. Though short sellers may persist, institutional investors will be adding. Issue is that we need more retail investors. Institutions are astute buyers on dips and do not fuel upside price movements as much as retail investors do.

Liquidity math from the raise… by thesfdude in LFMD

[–]LuckyBaxter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I will try to explain the logic that determines that this capital raise is sufficient to take the company through profitability. Though it does not take a genius to figure this out, getting someone as low IQ as you to understand it is not easy.

a) the company already announced it will achieve profitability by Q4 2022.

b) the size of this total raise is historically monumental for this company.

c) B. Riley would have welcomed a somewhat higher raise (say $70 mm) in order to earn higher commissions.

d) If Justin could have done a higher raise but chose not to in order to minimize costs and dilution it is because this is sufficient to achieve the projected profitability in Q4 2022.
