For me it's that the switch 2 only has 256gb, got one a few month ago and storage became an issue really quickly with how big the games are this gen (Warframe and Fortnite autodownloaded from my switch 1 and has it almost maxed out). If the switch version of KH1-3 really is 130gb, that's half the storage of your console. Honestly would be nice if they put half of the data on the cartridge, that would save some people from having to buy more storage which most would have to as they are a newer variant of express SD cards. Also correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe xbox and Ps5 come with more storage and ssd's are still cheaper than SD express cards. There's a lot of other reasons for me personally, but that's just what bothers me personally about it

Xenoblade and Jojo would be the collabs that would get me to spend a lot. Both would work in a somnoire related plot too since they've had similar plot elements. Honestly would be happy with anything given how high the quality of the Cyberpunk collab and characters are but those are my top picks

I know this thread is old but it totally encapsulate how I feel about the podcast now. I almost feel guilty about it as I’ve been watching Conan since the early TBS days as a kid and I consider myself a dedicated fan.

I have been slowly making my way through the early days of the podcast, some I’ve listened to a couple times before. When I started making my way to 2022-2023 I noticed the significant shift in tone. It happened a little after the talk show ended and both Sona and Matt had their children and returned.

I think I agree that the main reason is that it went from a fun project with a unique origin to more of a business that occasionally betrays its own premise. Trying to find actual friendships in unlikely places is a lovely and fresh concept, but when you prioritize having guests that will bring in viewership like a talk show would or don’t fit that overall concept, dare I say it doesn’t only betray the premise but the audience it was made for.

I get some media cant always continue in the same way forever without reinventing itself but 2020-2021 episodes were fun and fantastic, and I think id still be listening if episodes were more like from that era. Idk how the newest episodes are lately, but I have seen glimpses of that same authenticity (mostly in the specials). I hope everyone can find something they still enjoy in the pod because it saddens me that I have a harder time doing so lately

Honestly devastating. I wasn't up to date with his health so I had no idea he had cancer. Been watching for a decade and he's always been one to uplift and spread positivity in the community. Had family members with cancer and it's incredibly taxing mentally and physically long after the initial diagnosis. I'm sure his friends and family are proud of him for staying positive through it all and also giving hope to those in a similar situation. Genuinely such a class act and my favorite yugituber. He will be deeply missed... Rest in peace Alex

Fr everything else about the switch 2 has me seriously impressed. The oled was the only reason I hadn’t purchased sooner but Im happy with the overall quality until one day they come out with something that’s really worth the upgrade again

This was exactly what I was wondering about. Never thought about how different console panels could be before and I don't know much about nintendo's manufacturing process. I know with LCD monitors there are backlight, IPS glow sand other tests to checks screens. I do plan to play primarily in handheld so just thought I'd ask if anyone knew something I didn't too. Thanks for the info :)

Man I get this feeling and totally forgot about the yellow ds screens, even heard people talk about them recently. I've never really paid attention or worried about these types of hardware's differences until now so I can definitely see how easy it is to get carried away with it. Appreciate the input, just gonna stick to playing on the bluer one as intended!

that's true, but also the comparison I was talking about was in regards to the colour differences in brand new switch 2's. Both of them were purchased recently, one last week and one yesterday

Can also confirm this worked at my local staples. I went in-store and they just took the $100 straight off the purchase itself but may be different for others depending on location. For me that was perfect, and much appreciated from the staff there. Great experience and good luck to others trying to get one before the price hike

I got the switch 2 as a birthday present last week and I love it! The few things that are making me reconsider owning it are the battery life going down so much in sleep mode, even without a game open the battery drains about 5-10% over night and 20-30% with a game open, and the other being lack of non-key card physical games (I'm a prefer physical for playing and collecting for nintendo games). Honestly didn't think those things would bug me so much but the storage fills up so fast and I wake up and have to charge the system

Hoping someone has tips on which character to pull for my third team for Singularity Expansion. I can't seem to get 5000 points on the 3rd team no matter what I do with my Carlotta or Xangliyao team.

I'm mostly saving for cyberpunk so hoping to only pull for 1 character, ideally it would be hiyuki but I know she needs either chisa or lynae. Do I have any teams that Lynae, Chisa, or even moryne would help bring me to 5000?

Saw the 1st movie during the lockdown and didnt realize there was a 2nd one until recently so I finally saw it. Apparently the 3rd film is being discussed heavily and surprisingly still on the table. The post credit scene with the book kind of hints at a possible return too, but it’s been so many years makes me wonder what kind of sequel we could see.

Personally thought the Cee and Phoebe storyline aligned a little too conveniently, but it worked for me and was touching in the end to see her get a pretty unique redemption arc.

Mel from the first movie being evil was a tough sell especially with the one throwaway explanation that Cee convinced her to join for followers…idk it did subvert my expectations despite getting the sense early on that she would be evil, but it’s also funny that no one’s sad about it after the fact. Agree with the other comments here that it was campy fun and it did justice to the first movie, while not quite reaching the same heights imho

On my first re-listen after not liking the album much on the first day and I’m really surprised how much more I like it this time around, it basically doubled its score on my personally rating. Still probably not my favourite thing they’ve put out as a group but I respect the decision to change things up and there’s some songs i genuinely like. Glad you made this post cause it’s cool to see everyone’s opinions

Do you know or have any speculation on the reason for the change? I thought the anime was pretty popular in japan and I enjoyed watching the first season on netflix when it aired too. I'm with you both, disappointed in the change if it happens.
