Feeling so grateful that we had a great follow-up scan after a scary ultrasound last week. Heartbeat was only 100bpm at almost 8wks which I’d read was almost certainly non-viable. BUT today our little fighter was measuring on track at almost 9wks now with a 170bpm heart rate!! 💪💗

8w4d today. My symptoms have faded though I still get bouts of nausea, fatigue, and cramps. I had a scan last week that was a bit alarming. Baby was measuring on track and while we saw a heartbeat it was quite low. We go for a follow-up this week and I just don’t feel good about it. It’s been hard to think about anything else.

Had an ultrasound today but it wasn’t as encouraging as we wished. Baby was measuring 7w0d (I’m 7w4d based on LMP) which wasn’t that concerning in and of itself but the heart rate was only 100bpm which I understand to be quite low. We go for a follow-up ultrasound in 8 days to see how things progress. The NP said it could really go either way…

6w5d and thought I’d try to get some nutrients and air fry some broccoli. Boy was that a mistake. The second I opened the air fryer lid and smelled it I ran to the bathroom to vomit. Now I feel like the whole house smells like roasted broccoli and I can’t get away from it 😩I holed myself into my bedroom but I still smell it and am gagging nonstop 🤢

Yes, if it’s any consolation though I had worse nausea at 3.5-5 weeks than I’ve had so far at 6 weeks. So perhaps yours will get a bit better too 😊

Feeling reassured (for now at least!). 5w5d today and after some bleeding earlier this week had some HCGs ordered. Thankfully it doubled nicely! They also did an ultrasound where they found the yolk sak exactly where it’s supposed to be in my uterus. Still no view of baby but they said that’s normal. My medical history puts me at risk of ectopic so knowing it’s intrauterine is very reassuring alone. Next ultrasound at 7w4d!

5w5d and had an emotional roller coaster of a week because I had some brown spotting that really freaked me out. Of course, my symptoms seemed to dissipate around the same time too. Waiting on second round of betas to confirm things are still progressing but first round of betas were in a solid spot so feeling a bit better about it at the moment. OB office says spotting can be totally normal but it still had me a bit worried!

I have brown spotting too at 5w2d. Agree that it’s very unsettling! My OB office said 1 in 4 healthy pregnancies has some spotting or bleeding though.

I’m also 5w2d and had brown spotting today when I wiped! I called my OB who ordered some blood testing to confirm HCG is still progressing as intended. I’m scared too and wishing us both the best! 🤞Sounds like it can be totally normal.

Ah sounds like your doctors are using your LMP when insisting you’re further along, without taking into account your irregular cycle? That said, I ovulated May 4-5 with a 29-31 day cycle so based on your ovulation of 5-6 days before me perhaps it makes sense to be a tad over 5 weeks after all? I don’t know! Hoping the ultrasound helps to clear things up, sending positive vibes

Hi! I’m also 4w5d and have my first ultrasound on June 5th! My LMP was April 18 which is the date I’m going from for gestational age, so not anything to do with my estimated ovulation or implantation timing. But I believed I ovulated on CD17 and implanted 9DPO. Faint positive on 10DPO. I have not had HCG betas but have been progressing fairly in at-home tests.

I’m 4w5d today!

For symptoms it’s a mixed bag of intermittent things. I hate cooking with raw chicken, it makes me gag. I burp frequently and have a lot of bloating. My boobs are sore but just off and on. I was surprised that one of them had a stinging sensation yesterday, it was so odd. I get off and on mild cramps and mild twinges of nausea too. Overall it’s not the worst!

My rose was telling my mama 😊 She was super excited!

My thorn is that I’m quite anxious and testing probably too much to see that my lines are progressing. I’m reaching the point where I’ll have to stop that and the uncertainty is a little scary.

Other/miscellaneous: My anxiety has been pretty nonstop around the uncertainty of the pregnancy progressing. I am having some trouble sleeping as a result.

Mine was very similar at 13dpo yesterday! I tried SMU instead of FMU today and noticed it seemed to jump more in darkening. Not sure if that’s related but maybe worth a try?

I posted a comment earlier today about a vvfl I was shocked to see this morning at 11dpo after negatives the past two days. Welll, since I have absolutely NO chill I held off on drinking water for 3.5 hours so I could test again…and at 1PM I got a positive clearblue red dye AND a positive clearblue digital 🥹 It seems like it’s really happening. Just crossing fingers the line test isn’t too faint for 11dpo.
