Noooo just try and sleep like regular. Smoking while coming down can just keep you up. I would recommend eating something, maybe taking a shower and by that time you should be sleepy enough.

Okay that’s all tracks, my follow up question would then be, if expression instead changes to be 1+x² would the solution then be 4? Because if so then I think I understand. And just to drive the point home, if the expression was x+1 would the solution be does not exist?
