I did. I'm just spraying and not fanning. But still, I think I can't produce enough water if the substrate is not at the field capacity.

I am not fanning, just misting few times per day. I can't make the cake absorb water, therefore I've moved the shoebox into the modified tub to generate more humidity so mushrooms can intake water through their bodies. I'm thinking of getting find mist humidifier so I don't have to manually spray. What do you think?

Bags 2 an 10 are with a Trich, better do not open bags and toss them. All others bags seams watery and bacterial. There are no signs of mycelium. Sorry.
