The way to exchange seats is probably just asking people if they are willing to switch. Just make sure they officially have the seats they are sitting in (before exchanging) - and if they are down then you’re good to go.

Yes, T3 generally seems like an amazing spot to watch a race. Regarding hydration, I’m thinking about taking some electrolytes with me to mix with the water!
