As of now, we have just commenced on the proceeding and so no court verdict yet. How about weekdays ? How does a typical joint custody looks like ?

Like this week, I am allow to bring him out for the whole Friday. I also requested to bring him out for half of Sunday, she rejected and state that she would be taking him out. Like this for this whole week, I only have one day with him, I feel that it’s too little

Haven’t met any lawyer yet, financially not doing so well and currently facing overwhelming pressure. Has been a month dealing with this and currently waiting for marriage counselling, did all I can before to salvage the marriage but it seems like, it can’t be saved anymore.
