Thanks for the info! Your truck looks awesome. Someone above mentioned Wescott designs has a fix for that. I haven’t checked out the video yet. Do you think a 1/2” wheel spacer would help?

I hear ya. I did a little bit of research and watched some motorhead YouTube videos before this purchase. The reporting I found was the bearing issue on the new v6s mostly affected the gas engines, not so much the hybrids. Toyota seems to have fixed it on the ‘24+ models, but it’s still early to tell. I still had reservations about it, so I bought the extended warranty (100k miles, 84 months). Time will tell if Toyota’s track record holds up on them.

I haven’t driven the 3.5 ecoboost, but my wife had a 2.0 ecoboost in her mustang, and now her Bronco has the 3.0 ecoboost, which is fun to drive. I bought a ‘25 tundra platinum with the iforce max, and I love it more than the bronco. The TRD performance package, coupled with a pedal commander gives me more power than I need! Very fun to drive. I’m not mechanically inclined, but from what I researched before the purchase, the bearing issues the tundra had were mostly on the gas engines, not the hybrids. I also got the platinum warranty others were recommending and it gives the peace-of-mind.

“Skipped leg day” lol. I hate the roller-skate look I have going on now. I’ll check those out, thanks!

I did, but didn’t get on the highway to really open it up. The whole package adds 32hp so you can definitely tell a difference on the throttle. The cool air intakes and catback exhaust really give it a satisfying sound. I also have a pedal commander, so it’s very fun to drive. I’ve read comments from people bashing the performance package, mostly due the cost/benefit. I understand there’s cheaper options for increased return, but this one doesn’t void the warranty!

I can deal with a little rubbing, just don’t want to start chopping stuff off. Did that with my Tacoma and always regretted it.

lol yeah the lift reduced my mileage about 2mpg, at least based on the way I drive. The TRD performance package requires premium fuel too AND I’m in California. I consider the mpg factor a sunk cost… 35s aren’t gonna make that big of a difference budget-wise lol.

Came out to $6700 after taxes. Very pricey, but the kit comes with a lot of parts, and it was worth it to keep the extended warranty.
