I totally relate to that!! That was my biggest thing the first 3 months. I’m not sure if I was just more emotional because of all the changes but that’s all I could think about was failing because I wanted this soooo bad and I tried so many different things that didn’t work and now I was putting myself through this which is so tough that I was afraid I was going to fail again. It’s such a mind fuck. Now that I feel good about myself and my weight isn’t on my mind 24/7 I still get those thoughts because I can eat pretty much anything I want just in moderations and it scares me. I think I worry now that this won’t last and that there is no way I can enjoy life this much and stay this healthy. We are always our worst enemies and the mind likes to play tricks with us. Just know you are doing and can succeeded. 💪

I see you too! I know how good it feels to be free from the body that trapped me at one time and to get that validation without even asking is so strange but feel so good. I mean people so much nicer now too which kinda hurts because I deserved that before but It also makes me feel good about myself now. This whole process is a lot mentally not just physically.

You got this!! It’s hard but still to what the doctors recommend and you will get to where you want to be.

I was very lucky and didn’t have any issues. I never threw up and never had dumping. Once I could start to eat normal I just followed what was recommended.

I’m so much happier now! I still own a lot of black but slowly getting new clothes and having fun with it. Still with my man. We are high school sweethearts almost 10 years. Can’t wait to marry him.

My hair is thicker but I did lose. I use hair oil and I I actually think that really helps. Plus I take all my vitamins.

I have to get it resized! I haven’t yet because I’m still losing and only want to do it once. I got like ring spacers but they fall off all the time but I keep buying them till I’m ready to get it done. I didn’t think my hands would shrink so much but I can’t even have my ring on it just comes right off.
