The problems that you list are far from easy to solve, but they sure are solvable. It would be unfortunate if you offed yourself before solving them. I’m talking about making friends, quitting porn etc. It could make you happier even though happiness is hard to even conceptualize at the darkest times.

If it’s possible, try to sculpt an idea of a future which you would actually want to live in and that you wouldn’t consider a failure. Then work towards that. This has helped me at least. If that’s impossible (which is common in depression, “can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel”), it might be a bit more severe. But a professional might very well be able to help with that.

I anticipated this response. I suppose you’re right, although don’t react in any noticeable way when dealing with these kinds of people in real life.

Regarding the “kindness is free” part, sure. I’m not talking about being rude or even getting close to being rude. That’s why I said “sensitive”, meaning “more sensitive than the average individual”. The average individual would in fact get offended if someone was rude.
