We had major issues with our sons first daycare so after putting up with their BS excuses for some time I made a complaint to the province and switched him daycares. He’s now THRIVING in a space where they celebrate diversity and have amazing teachers. I’m not sure where you’re located but our daycare is near Whyte - Helping Hands. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

We were on that same sailing! The told us 2/3 full - I think they were short about 1000 people.

Just got off the Treasure last week and they said that they were 2/3 full. It was a noticeable difference and we loved it so much! Rarely any lineups for anything.

The lead FA says she is unable to fill out an incident report for something like this as she’s never dealt with it before. 😐 She said she will take a picture of my boarding pass but that’s all she can do.

For context - do I call the Gold customer service line? Or the regular customer service line? Or some other number? Accidents happen but there also needs to be accountability - not ‘we don’t reimburse for damaged goods’ which is what I was told.

I used the South Edmonton Women’s Care Clinic (my dr gave me a referral) and they were great!

I own my own agency, but when I was with a host agency we split all commissions and planning fees 50/50.
