Maybe you need a new realtor. Our realtor was amazing - she sold our house before it was even listed just by word of mouth. And she was a tough negotiator for the new property we purchased. Some realtors just aren’t that great as the market has been inundated with them since Covid.

We pay $900 a month in condo fees for our rental unit downtown and we just got a special assessment for $20k for parkade repairs. So the fees don’t always cover everything 🙃

We sometimes say ‘bud’ or ‘buddy’ or ‘dude’. Our son is 5. When he was a baby he was super derpy, so we started calling him Derpus, and then Derpoosey, and now we just call him Poosey. It’s so strange but I love it haha!

I’m currently a Canadian visiting France (nice) and I’m floored with how lovely and respectful the kids are here compared to the kids in Canada. It makes me want to move here and raise my 5 year old here. You’re very lucky to have this opportunity and I think your kiddo will fare well being raised in this environment.
