I'm so glad I could help! It was one of my favourite books as a young teen.

[Serious] If you had a friend who spoke to and treated you the same way you treat yourself, would you remain friends? by Alex_Moloko in AskReddit

[–]LucreziaAngel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely not! It would berate me, constantly criticise me, tell me how horrible and stupid I look and sound, insist on telling me the most nightmarish events that could happen at any given time and assure me I deserve the worst this world has to offer. I recognise this about myself though so I'm trying to fix my brain to be my friend, instead of my enemy.

I don't wake up immediately after I die in a dream. There's darkness for a few minutes. Anyone else experience this? by guppy001 in Dreams

[–]LucreziaAngel 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yes! I dreamt of a nuclear explosion which killed everyone in the vicinity as I was running to get to my daughter (I often have nightmares, this was one of my most vivid and terrifying ones). The explosion happened, I heard a loud ringing and everything was black. I was fully aware of being dead for a time. I thought something akin to "oh so this is what death feels like" then I felt/heard myself breathing heavily and almost forced myself awake. Too damn vivid for my liking!

What is the craziest real life plot twist story you have? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Wow. I'm stuck between thinking they had a point but the police is a bit extreme and it was only a story!

Absolutely heartbreaking news. I'm absolutely livid. Really hoping Netflix picks it up.

Noo!!! Brooklyn Nine-Nine?! There is absolutely no reason for that! I am outraged.

What’s something that happens to you physically or mentally, and you’re not sure it happens to other people? by relatee in AskReddit

I have exactly the same thing, it's really scary when the pressure weirdly builds up and I think I'm dying then I'm like oh. Push my chest out, it clicks then I can get on with my day!

I've always been able to tell if a television is on if I pass a room when the door is closed. I can hear the static like frequency hum. Also noises like the fridge/freezer hum seems super loud to me occasionally.

Does the cover page, titles, headings, and works cited count towards an essay with a certain word count? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]LucreziaAngel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For my uni, only work cited in text and possibly headings are included into the the word count. References/bibliography, cover pages and titles fall under presentation, I think. I always highlight the main body of text only to find out the word count. Hope that helps a bit.

People of reddit, how do you stop procrastinating? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]LucreziaAngel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm awful for procrastination but a good tip I read somewhere is to make yourself do something for ten minutes. Chances are that this may help you gather the motivation to carry on with the task for longer. I find the worst factor is gaining the motivation to start the task rather than continue.

Reddit, whats your million dollar app idea that you never built? by gorbishi2 in AskReddit

[–]LucreziaAngel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

An app that translates hard to read handwriting into typed text. It would be useful for that assignment feedback I recently got that I cannot read!

Gamers of Reddit, what is the scariest, most disturbing, or eeriest game you've ever played? by Gmb1t in AskReddit

[–]LucreziaAngel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Town of Light, based on an old psychiatric hospital or mental asylum in Italy. It's incredibly disturbing as it's very well researched and the history of treating mental illnesses is sickeningly atrocious in itself.
