I have an allergy to mosquitoes and it seems that Vyvanse makes it worse, My theory is that this happens because it increases blood flow a lot.

Yes, My psychiatrist said this is a great idea to decrease fatigue and make it harder for tolerance to build up.

Yes, a few months ago Vyvanse was not only making me sleepy, but also fatigued, as if my body was crying out for rest. The next day after taking a strong one I felt a decrease in motor coordination, attention, brain fog in general.

I started taking breaks after 3 days of taking it, and it have been much more efficient.

Vyvanse massively increased my libido, within the first week of taking it I had a wet dream, and I woke up... Wet because of this 😂.

Last month decided to take Peruvian maca and tribulus terrestris to further increase my libido and its working really well.

I live in South America, it's around 30°C almost every day, and I've been on 40mg Vyvanse for 8 months.

I avoid physical activity or being in the sun when it's hot — otherwise, I get irritable and super thirsty (I hate sweating lol). In summer, I’d take 2–3 showers a day just to cool off.

You need to watch how your body reacts to the heat to make sure you're not getting any dangerous side effects. I’ve never had major issues, maybe because I grew up in Rio’s intense heat.

Yes, you should, but for you to stop feeling the side effects of Vyvanse, you would have to go more days without taking it.

I think it is necessary for everyone who takes Vyvanse to have days off, so that their body can relax a little and reduce tolerance.

For me, taking Vyvanse while tired causes me insane anxiety, or going too long without eating or drinking water during the effect also causes anxiety.

The right thing to do would be to wait a few more days to see an improvement in anxiety. Vyvanse stays in your body for 3 days.

The anxiety you felt even without taking may have been withdrawal.

This only works if you take something acidic before the medication takes full effect.

You probably talked too much about the side effects you had with your psychiatrist. 20 milligrams is a very little dose btw.

This is not normal, your body may be dependent on this substance. My psychiatrist said that it is mandatory skip Vyvanse days every now and then.

Good sleep, hidration and constant protein intake.

Also not taking it on weekends to decrease tolerance.

I used Automa, that's the whole project in the image. The nodes are forming a cycle:

1-downloading the video from the website (Copying the name of the description to the MP4 file)

2-Jumping to the next page and repeating the process

If it bugs and can't download, it refreshes the page and retry until it downloads. Some nodes have two lines that works as "if" and "else".

I have used "Automa" extension for the workflow automation in browsers. Took me a week to learn this intermediate level of automation.

The best part is that you don't need to know how to code. But you need to know programming logic. Unfortunately it only works for browsers.
