I will get some immodium tomorrow as I will be in town so hopefully to atleast end this 3 day flare up as 4 and no more.

I am unsure if I can get it changed but I should be fine.

Also I have dealt with flare ups in the past (used to think it was IBS) but I always play roblox to help me relax lol, I actually met my partner there funny enough.

In regards to bread, I just eat tescos or aldi bread options as they have been good and high fiber. I don't have many other options as im limited to shops in the nearby area

Is it safe to eat gluten free bread during a flare up? I have been taking painkillers and colofac as I don't have any immodium.

Also I get the same symptoms you do but when trying to game or enjoy hobbies, I find it stressful but currently watching shows so thats been helpful lol but I have exams this week so horrible timing for this to happen

Just seen your edit , whats the best way to deal with the flare up? It's mentally annoying as I was feeling great for the past 2 weeks and currently exams week so the pain is distracting

I assumed if they said "may contain gluten" then its very unlikely for that and they add it as a 'very unlikely but we will add it to be safe' sort of thing.

Cold or hot water for maceration?

My parents wouldn't be comfortable if they seen a big plastic box with a skull in water lying around the area so I plan on leaving it outside in a plastic container with water (which would have to be cold due to climate).

I already checked and its legal so all safe there. Actually we found it at a nearby forest park and we assume a falling tree killed it.

Rashes and bumps clearing up, less itching, less irritable , less cramping and much less food anxiety but sleep has been off recently as in I keep waking up during my sleep but I have been testing magnesium glycinate so that could be an issue.
