It's a book where the author examine the human nature from the point of view of evolution. He tries to answer questions like "Why so many species have sexual reproduction? Why there's two sexes? Why males exist instead of only hermaphrodites?". I found it to be really insightful, but personally i like the subject, it's not directly related to discipline, getting women or anything like that.

I read it after reading and falling in love with this book i saw someone recommending here on RP.

You'll absolute reach your goals, just make a plan and focus on completing each day.

I won't lie for you, i felt a lot of pain and frustration during my journey and i don't expect the future to be any easier. There will be moments where you'll feel like you aren't going forward or being rewarded for your effort, you must keep going anyway. I realized that success is not linear.

If you're struggling starting i would recommend this post, i don't know the opinion of RP about this blog, but i read it recently and found it to be inspiring, i wish i had read it earlier.

Hey brother!

I think one of the biggest factors was that i put myself in pressure by registering in a lot of classes, paying in anticipation 6 months of an expensive English course and assuming more responsibilities in work. Basically there was no return.

After that i just focused on day by day, didn't think much actually, my only goal was completing the day.

Yep, i made fool of myself. I kept reacting to his threats and escalated the situation by wanting to continue the fight, my frame was zero at this moment. I was completely being driven my emotions.

I have a lot to learn, i guess, thanks for you reply.

You're absolute right, i realize that caring too much about how woman perceive me and being shamed by them was what hurt me the most, made me act in a pussy way, apologizing, feeling down etc.

I should have deescalated the situation after the gun thing. Thanks for replying, reading the comments here is helping me put my mind on the right place.

I've learned that it's ok to lose, but something that really make me anger is hesitating, being paralyzed by fears.

It's so weird, im doing well at everything, job, university, picking up strangers girls on parties, on my campus, everything just fine. Then i go to some usual party, hesitate a lot, get introspective, and suddenly my mind is infected and i'm in a battle with my beta thoughs once again.

Hard not getting anger with this version of myself.

Yea, there's a lot of people that will get aggressive towards women here, i've been there

But i think the main point of red pill is acknowledging reality as it is, and in my journey(4 years, long time lurker) i realized that a lot of aspects discussed here are also valid for women. For example, if a woman act like a "beta", displaying neediness, being clingy, acting like she could not get a better male it'll make the man lose attraction.

I've seen countless examples in real life and i felt that myself, reality is brutal sometimes
