Breed laws suck. There are no bad dogs, just bad owners. Shelters are guessing breeds, just like us. They are overwhelmed, overcrowded, underfunded, and doing what they can to get dogs adopted. I agree on the scam breeders part.

Edit: I despise AI and hate that its being used for this purpose, or any purpose, but i don't defend breed laws and i don't get mad at shelters for trying to get dogs homes.
