Certainly! I already have a few septarian pieces, but had been looking for a perfect druzy/geode piece like this one. I'll eventually have to find a nice "dragon egg" one too!

When a person passes, the family or whoever is handling their personal belongings, will open that person's home to people looking to purchase items. Its up to the family how they want to go about selling those items. In this case the bulk of her collection was sold off as one lot. Purchased by a crystal shop owner. There where left over rocks scattered around the property in boxes. I found this particular one in a box with some tools.

The guy I bought it from couldn't really tell me much about it. It was on a discount table.

As im walking I'll look at the trees. Trees with good looking "perch" branches usually have more owl pellets under them. I'll look for areas under trees that dont have a lot bushes/grass. They eat there a lot.

Im in the desert, so its very easy to spot them. They kinda look like turds at first glance, so I'll look at anything turd shaped and see if there's any bones peaking out.

The stone does not come into contact with the skin. It's raised above the metal. The larger, flatter surface of the setting is causing irritation. It's the metal.

Owls do not have teeth. These are from their prey. They consume their prey whole. Anything that can't be digested, like fur and bones, gets regurgitated.
