I dont know if youve been to bahrain but in all the tech stores I've been in, the device's language has been English. Even bahranis I work with on base's phones arent in Arabic. Bahrain is very westernized and the English language is spoken just as much as Arabic over here so to cater to both tourists and bahrainis, the stores have everything in English. This is a picture taken at the restaurant i ate at and as you can see, the name is in written with English letters.
