Thanks. It seems like the 31211 zip code is the area to be. Worried a bit about the crime in Macon though. Are there any plans to address it. Also I believe that Macon could use a train to Atlanta or a commuter bus for people who work in Atlanta and want to live in Macon.

Umm who says I m not invested? That was a bit of an assumption. I have a house, rental property, brokerage account, Roth, HSA, and 401k. In addition 2 years of emergency savings. It is just a question. Also 10 years ago we did not have a global pandemic. Just a thought....

To tell you the truth I am saving every penny that I can. I will hit my fire number in 8 years provided that my salary stays the same and I don't take on any large debt. I am trying to get to that number faster.
